Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Large items like power racks and weights typically arrive within 3-5 business days via our specialized pallet courier to ensure safe transit.
Do you offer a warranty on your strength equipment?
Yes, all Rival Strength hardware comes with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific premium lines may offer extended structural warranties up to 5 years.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for large freight items.
Do you provide assembly services for racks and benches?
All equipment is shipped flat-packed with detailed instructions for self-assembly. While we do not offer an in-house assembly team, our products are designed for straightforward setup with standard tools.
Are your weight plates compatible with standard barbells?
Our Olympic plates are designed with a 50mm (2 inch) center hole, making them compatible with all standard Olympic barbells. We also stock a range of 1-inch standard plates for home-style bars.
