At Rival Strength, we are committed to providing high-quality gym equipment that meets your training needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Ensure the gear is in its original packaging and unused condition, including all bolts, accessories, and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a heavy freight pickup for larger strength pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
