Rival Strength MAX Grips 2.0 are here! We have made improvements to the design and usability of our most popular cable attachment! Read below for the recent changes:

• They now feature improved grip angles for a more optimal hand and wrist position when performing lat pulldown and low rows.
• A more durable and harder casing for improved longevity and grip in the hand.
• We have removed the rubber around the top of the attachment, making attaching to your cable / carabiner much easier. This also improves longevity, especially important when in a commercial gym. 
• Thick commercial steel - cheaper alternatives use much more thin steel that can bend under heavier loads (Get in touch for more info to help show the differences)!

The Pulldown Close Grip position places more emphasis on Back and Bicep muscle groups compared to the wider grip attachments. Lats, traps, core and upper back are still heavily involved in the movement, prompting major muscle growth.

By Pronating / Supinating your palms, more emphasis can be placed on the bicep and surrounding muscles, helping isolate further for maximum growth. 

The handles have been ergonomically designed to reduce strain on your wrists and forearm, while also improving your overall grip.
