This provides a better squeeze and more activation in the glute, lower back and hamstrings.
The machine has a wide checkered footplate and long back rest, making it suitable for a wide range of users. High quality materials have been used throughout, with a padded hip brace and high quality buckle system the machine can withstand loads up to 300KG.
